Coordinator at Stuxgården

In Region Gotland, you can develop and grow, both as an individual and together with others. When you work with us, you contribute to making Gotland an even better place for people in all walks of life. We make each other better.

Stuxgården

Stuxgården is a special accommodation located by the water in Fårösund, with a view of Fårö.

The accommodation is large and spacious, with plenty of room for activities but also space for peace and quiet, both for users and staff. The garden and large windows provide light and space in the premises, with a beautiful view of the sea. The same premises also house primary care, which our staff covers two mornings a week.

We who work at Stuxgården are a dedicated team of nursing assistants, residential assistants, and nurses. For us, close collaboration in everyday life, an open climate, and mutual support are important. Job satisfaction and collaboration are natural parts of our workday, and there is room to take responsibility and contribute your own ideas.

We are now looking for a coordinator for a temporary position until December 31, 2026. In this role, you will have a central function in the organization, where you support the team and are responsible for scheduling approximately 40 employees, distributed across three departments, including day and night staff.

Your Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you will, among other things:

  • Work closely with the unit manager and other staff.
  • Manage many contact and collaboration interfaces both within and outside the organization.
  • Coordinate, plan, and schedule staff and resources.
  • Handle staffing and HR-related administration.
  • Manage financial administration and invoices.
  • Handle mail and other general administration.
  • Collaborate with coordinators/administrative assistants in other units, for example, during absences, to ensure continuity.
  • Develop routines for monitoring your own scheduling and resource use, as well as compile monthly statistics to evaluate and improve workflow.
  • Develop and improve routines for property maintenance, monitor costs, perform certain tasks when needed, and coordinate with external actors to enhance efficiency and cost usage.

Who Are You?

You have a high school education and several years of experience in administration. It is an advantage if you have worked with scheduling, staffing, planning, or logistics, as well as having experience in care and support work. Knowledge of the operational systems Treserva and Medvind, as well as good computer skills, preferably with experience in the Office suite, is also considered an advantage. A B driver's license is a requirement.

As a coordinator, you are alone in the role with responsibility for scheduling, planning, and routines. You act as a link between the unit manager and employees, receiving demands and needs from both sides and balancing them in a safe and clear manner.

You develop and improve routines, take personal responsibility, ensure that tasks are completed, and are solution-oriented. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are independent, flexible, and structured, with good communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate, and pedagogical insight, as well as being quality-conscious and meticulous in your work.

As part of the hiring process, an approved extract from the police record, known as a self-information check, must be presented. Please remember to order the extract in good time, as the processing time is usually 1–2 weeks.

Welcome with your application!
